Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a taxi or using any services provided by HR Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, website form, or in person.
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or call from our team.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
• For outstation and tour bookings, an advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

3. Fare and Payment

• Fares are based on the vehicle type, distance, trip duration, and applicable taxes.
• The quoted fare is an estimate. Final fare may vary based on actual distance, toll charges, parking fees, state taxes, and waiting time.
• We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.
• Payment is due at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed upon.
• For multi-day trips, partial advance payment is required with the balance payable at the end of the trip.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: More than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Late cancellation: Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a fee of up to 25% of the estimated fare.
• No-show: If you do not show up at the pickup location without prior notice, the full fare may be charged.
• Company-initiated cancellation: If we cancel due to vehicle issues or emergencies, we will arrange an alternative vehicle or provide a full refund.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during and after the trip.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the passenger.
• Passengers must wear seat belts as required by law.

6. Driver and Vehicle

• All drivers are professionally licensed, police-verified, and experienced.
• Vehicles are regularly maintained, insured, and comply with all regulatory requirements.
• We reserve the right to assign a different vehicle or driver than initially specified, of the same or higher category.
• Route decisions are made by the driver based on traffic conditions and safety considerations.

7. Waiting Charges

• Airport pickup: 30 minutes of free waiting time after flight landing.
• Railway station: 15 minutes of free waiting time after train arrival.
• Local/Sightseeing: Reasonable waiting at tourist spots is included.
• Excessive waiting beyond free limits may incur additional charges as communicated at the time of booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

HR Tours shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, weather events, mechanical breakdowns, or government restrictions. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific trip.

9. Complaints and Disputes

We value your feedback and strive to resolve any issues promptly. For complaints or disputes, please contact us within 24 hours of your trip completion. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
